How do I limit the number of attendees allowed in an appointment?

Here’s how to limit the number of attendees allowed in an appointment, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: In the top left dropdown menu, select “Manage Services”

 

Step 2: Click the pencil icon to edit the service that you want to limit attendance for (or you can create a new one).

 

Step 3: Make sure the appointment type is set to “Group Class” to allow multiple attendees

 

Step 4: Make sure the box for “Client signups allowed?” is checked

 

Step 5: Enter the maximum number of clients under “Number of clients allowed in this class?”

 

Step 6: Click “Save Service” to confirm

 

Now that you can limit the number of attendees in an appointment, you can make sure you keep trainer-to-client ratios how you want them.
