How to Log Your Scheduled Workouts

The following steps will guide you through logging your scheduled Active Life RX workouts. We’ll start with instructions for the web platform.

Step-by-Step Guide:

How to Log your Scheduled Workouts on the Web App

Step 1: Open the Journal tab on your Dashboard to see your scheduled workouts.

 

Step 2: Click the “Log this Workout” button for your scheduled workout.

 

Step 3: Follow your prescribed workout, making sure to fill out sets, reps, weight, etc. as needed.

 

Step 4a: Click the play icon to see the video for a given exercise.

 

Step 4b: Click the history icon to see what you’ve logged previously for a given exercise.

 

Step 4c: You can enter notes to leave feedback for a specific exercise or for the workout as a whole.

 

Step 5: Click the “Log Workout” button at the bottom of the page to submit your workout.

Step 1: Tap your scheduled workout on the Dashboard.

 

Step 2: Check the notes at the bottom of the workout for any specific instructions for this workout.

 

Step 3: Once you’re ready, tap the first exercise to start logging.

 

Step 4a: Reps, weight, time, distance, etc. can be entered for each set.

 

Step 4b: Tap the play icon to see the exercise demonstration video.

 

Step 4c: Tap the history icon to see what you logged previously for this exercise.

 

Step 4d: Tap “View Exercise Notes” to see any specific instructions for this exercise.

 

Step 5: Tap the top right corner to move to the next exercise.

If your workout contains a circuit or superset, we will loop you through each exercise for the prescribed number of rounds.

 

Step 6: Continue through each exercise for the prescribed number of rounds, until you are returned to the main workout view.

Once you’ve viewed an exercise, it’s marked as completed in the list.

 

Step 7: Once all exercises have been completed, tap the “Log!” button to submit your workout.

 

Now your progress will be tracked automatically as you log your workouts!
