How do I log a workout for my client?
Within our Workout Software, you can log a workout for your client.
Although logging a workout is easy for your clients to do, a time may come when you need to do it for them. When that time comes, don’t worry—it’s just as easy for you!
Follow the steps below to learn how to log a workout for your client.

How to Log Workouts from Your Client’s Web Journal
Step 1: On the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard, click the “Journal” icon (the piece of paper) for the client that you want to log a workout for.
Step 2: Select the date of your client’s scheduled workout, and click the “Log This Workout” button.
From the journal view of your client’s data, click on the orange “Log This Workout” button on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Fill in sets, reps, etc. for your client’s workout
In the workout logger, fill in all the details of your client’s workout.
Step 4: Click the “Log Workout” button at the bottom of the logger to complete the process and log the workout to your client’s profile.
Once you’ve detailed the workout, be sure to save it. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the screen until you locate the “Log Workout” button. Click the button, and then the workout will be recorded in your client’s Journal.
How to Log Workouts for Your Client on the Trainer Dashboard
Step 1: Click the gear icon.
From the “Clients” tab of your trainer dashboard, locate the name of the client that you want to log the workout for. Then, to the left side of their name, click on the gear icon.
Step 2: Select the “Workouts” tab.
On the client management page, select the “Workouts” tab from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Look for the link.
Scroll down until you reach the “Today’s Workout” section, where you will find the “Log Workout for Client” link. Click the link.
Step 4: Enter the details.
In the workout logger, enter the information from your client’s workout in the appropriate sections.
Once you’ve added the information, be sure to select the “Log Workout” button at the bottom of the page.
Then, you’re all done!
