How do I manually charge for a completed appointment?

Here’s how to manually charge for a completed appointment, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the completed appointment that you want to add a charge for.

 

Step 2: Update the appointment status to Completed for the client that you want to charge.

 

Step 3a: If the client has billing information on file, click “Charge credit card on file”.

 

Step 3b: Select the package to create a charge OR you can create a custom package and charge.

 

Step 4: If the client does NOT have billing information, you can click to add a card, then go back to Step 3.

 

Now that you can manually charge for a completed appointment, you will ensure that your clients are paid in full prior to their next session.
