Here’s how to message multiple clients at once, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Select the clients you would like to message.
Step 2: Click on “+Additional Actions” and select “Send a Message” from the drop-down list.
Step 3: Enter your message and send.
Step 4: Confirm to send the message.
You will receive a notification that the message has been sent.
