My Sessions – Client View
To view your upcoming appointments within your fitness business management software platform, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
This guide is from the client’s perspective of the new My Sessions view.
1. Upcoming and Completed Sessions
You can view upcoming and completed sessions by clicking on the tabs at the top.
2. Calendar
At the top of the “My Sessions” view you can filter the sessions by clicking on the calendar icon.
3. Select a Date
Select a date and confirm by clicking on “OK”.
4. Barcode
You can also quickly access your barcode for checking in.
5. Select a Session
Click on an upcoming session.
6. Click “Check In”
You can check in for your session by clicking on the “Check In” button at the bottom of the view.
7. Select a Session
Click on another upcoming session.
8. Cancel Session
Cancel the session by clicking “Cancel Session”.
9. Confirm Cancelation
Proceed to cancel the session by clicking “Cancel Appointment”.
