Notify Customers About Late Cancellation Fees
Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to set and notify customers about late cancellation fees.
This guide covers how customers will be notified of late cancellation fees. Late cancellation fees are set within the service settings. The cancellation policy can be set per service or platform wide. Here is an article on Setting a Per Service Cancellation Policy
1. Click “cancel appointment”
When a client initiates the cancellation process from their dashboard by clicking on the “cancel appointment” link they will receive a prompt to confirm.
2. Click “Confirm”
The prompt will notify the user about the late cancellation fee and will require the user to confirm by clicking on “yes” to proceed.
3. Click “Reschedule”
The confirmation will also be shown when rescheduling an appointment from the booking page.
4. Click “Actions”
After clicking on the “Reschedule” button, access options by clicking on “Actions” at the bottom of the page.
5. Click “Cancel it”
Select “Cancel it” from the menu.
6. Confirm the Cancellation
A prompt will notify the user about the late cancellation fee and will require the user to confirm by clicking on “yes” to proceed.
