Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to view the number of attempts on the failed payments report.

Introducing the new feature where users can view the number of failed attempts when purchasing or subscribing.

1. Trainer Account

Logged in as the trainer, navigate to the “Account” section.

Access the “Reports” tab.

3. Search

Use the search feature to quickly find the report for failed payments.

4. Failed Payments Report

Select the “Failed Payments” report from the results.

5. Select Date Range

Click on the “Select Date Range” button.

6. Specify Date Range

Select a predefined option or customize the date range on the calendar.

7. Refresh Report

Refresh the report for up to date data.

8. Attempts Within This Time Period

Scroll over to view the “Attempts Within This Time Period” column.
