Onboarding Phases, Calls, & Timeline

Welcome! We at Exercise.com are so happy you’ve chosen us to meet your fitness business management software needs.

Throughout your onboarding process, we will be walking you through technical steps and scheduling various calls so we can set up your web portal and apps as quickly as possible!

First, we’ll want to get your web portal and apps live (the Exercise.com Success Technical Team will help manage this). Along the way, you will have scheduled calls with the Success Implementation Team to make sure your portal is all set up for a timely and seamless launch.

Onboarding Timeline:

Step 1: Setting up your Apple Developer Account.

You can find info on how to do this in our Apple Developer Account Outline.

Step 2: Logos are sent to the Exercise.com Success Technical Onboarding Team.

Make sure the logos you send us are of high quality! Here are some useful guidelines to follow when making your logo selections.

Step 3: Your web portal URL is completely branded.

You deserve your own URL! For us to make that happen, we’ll need a few bits of information. Click here for a full list of what’s needed to set up your custom URL.

Steps 4-5: Kick-Off Calls #1 & #2

Step 6: Your apps go live!

Step 7: Launch Call
