How to Organize the Resources Page in Your Apps Using Tags
Within our Custom-branded fitness apps, you have the ability to send your clients resources like PDFs, articles, and videos. In this guide, we’ll show you how to efficiently organize your app’s resources using tags. By following these steps, you’ll be able to customize your Apps Resources page to get it just how you like it.
1. Click the “Account” tab.
Sign in with your staff member account and click on the Account tab.
2. Click the “Tags” menu.
Navigate to the Tags section on the left side menu.
3. Click the dropdown menu and choose “Resources”.
Select “Resources” in the dropdown menu to make sure you’re only changing Tags that are connected to your Resources.
4. Click “Create New Tag”.
Click the “Create New Tag” link if you don’t have any tags for your Resources yet.
5. Enter your tag name and click “Create Tag” to save it.
Name your new tag and save your changes.
6. Click “Resources” in the left side menu.
Now click “Resources” in the left side menu to create or edit the Resources you want to organize in your Apps.
7. Click the gear icon to edit a Resource.
Click the gear icon to edit any Resource that you want to add a Tag to.
8. Click into the Tags field to add or remove tags for this Resource.
Click into the Tags field to add or remove tags for this Resource, and make sure to save any changes.
9. Click “Manage Tag Headers” on the Resources page.
Now that your Resources have the Tags you want, click on the Manage Tag Headers link on the Resources page.
10. Select the Tags that you want to show on your Apps’ Resources page.
Select the Tags that you want to show on your Apps’ Resources page. Each Tag that you add here will create a separate section on the Resources page. The first Tag you select will show as the top section, and the rest will follow in the order that you add the Tags here.
11. Click “Save Tags” to confirm your changes and update your Apps’ Resources page.
Save the changes made to the tags, and your Apps’ Resources page will update right away.
12. With no Tags as Headers, Your App’s Resources page shows ALL Resources categorized under “Other”.
If you don’t have any Tag headers set up, all of your clients’ Resources will show in the “Other” section of the Resources page.
13. Once you add Tags as Resource Headers, your Apps Resources page will be organized with the headers you choose.
Your Apps’ Resources page will show each Tag you added as a Header based on the order you set it up, so it’s easy for your clients to see everything in one place.
