Learn how to customize a per-service cancellation policy.
1. Click on the “Schedule” tab
Navigate to the Schedule section.
2. Select “Manage Services”
Click on Manage Services from the drop-down menu.
3. Edit the service
Click on the edit icon.
4. Enter the new number of hours a session must be cancelled by
In the Cancellation Policy box, enter the number of hours a session must be cancelled by before being treated as a late cancellation.
5. Save the service
Scroll down and save your changes by clicking on “Save Service”.
