How Do I Add a Client Automation to Send a Notification If X Visits Remain in a Package?

Using your gym management software platform, you can add a client automation to send a notification if X visits remain in a package.
Starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

1. Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left sidebar.

Go to Automations to set up your automation with visit left reminders.

Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the “Create New Automation” drop-down list.

Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Send a Visits Left Reminder” automation.

Click on the “Create New Automation” drop-down list.

3. Click on “Create New Automation” and select “Send Visits Left Reminder” from the drop-down.

Select “Send Visits Left Reminder” to proceed with the Automation setup.

Click on “Create New Automation” and select 'Send Visits Left Reminder' from the drop-down.

4. Click on the edit icons to customize the settings.

To customize the automation, click the edit icons.

5. Click the edit icon next to “When?” and customize the settings.

In the “When?” section, select the number of visits left.

Click the edit icon next to “When?” and customize the settings.

6. Click on the edit icon next to “Who?” and customize the settings.

You can select clients based on tags or without using tags. Additionally, you have the option to filter clients by a specific location or group.

Click on the edit icon next to “Who?” and customize the settings.

7. Click the edit icon next to “How?” and customize the settings.

You can choose to send an email, in-app notification, or text message. Click the “done editing” to continue.

8. Click on the edit icon next to “Message” and type your custom message.

After setting up your automation, you may also choose to add a custom message. Then, click “done editing”, followed by the “Save All” button.

Click on the edit icon next to “Message” and type your custom message.

Now you can add a client automation to send a notification if X visits remain in a package!
