How to Remove Access to Purchased Plan

To remove access to purchased plans within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.

This guide provides instructions on removing access for a purchased plan.

1. View Plan Details

On the client account, the user can purchase any plans for sale.

2. Purchase Plan

Click “Purchase Plan”.

3. Pay Now

Select “Pay Now” to make the payment.

4. Continue to Purchase

Select “Continue to Purchase” to proceed with the transaction.

5. Access My Stuff

Go to “My Stuff” and notice the client has access to the purchased plan.

6. Workouts

From the Trainer’s Account: On the clients tab, hover over the gear icon next to the client that has purchased a plan and select “Workouts” from the fly out menu.

7. Delete Plan

Click on the trash icon to delete the workout plan from the client’s account.

8. Confirm

Confirm the plan deletion. The client will no longer have access to the plan.

9. Plans

Back on the Client’s Account: Navigate to “My Stuff” once again and notice that they no longer have access to the plan.

10. Re-Purchase

If you go to the “Plans” tab, you can see the option to re-purchase the plan.

11. Assign By Trainer

The workout plan can also be added and charged by the trainer. On the client’s workout plans click on the “Assign Additional Workout Plans” button.

12. Select the Plan

Select the plan in the drop down list.

13. Charge for Plan

Click on the “charge for this plan” button.

14. Enter Price

Enter a price for the plan.

15. Select Payment Method

Continue by clicking on “Select Payment Method”.

16. Confirm Charge

Click on “Confirm Charge” to assign the plan.

17. Already Assigned

If the workout plan is already accessible to the client and the trainer tries to assign it again, a notification will be displayed that the plan is already assigned to the client.
