With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily reorder the weeks in any workout plan. This makes it simple to adjust your programming whenever you add new weeks or restructure a plan. Follow the steps below to reorder weeks in your workout plan.
Click the Plans section on your Dashboard to view all of your workout plans.
Click the three-dot icon next to the workout plan you want to edit to open the plan options menu.
Click the Edit Plan option to open the workout plan and make changes.
Use the up or down arrows on the right side of each week to move it higher or lower in the plan.
You can also click and hold the drag handle next to a week to move it to a new position within the plan.
After adjusting the order, review the plan to make sure the structure looks correct. The up and down arrows update the week order instantly.
Click Publish Changes to save your updates and apply them to the workout plan.

If your plan is already assigned to clients, click Sync Workouts to All Users to push the updated week order to everyone using the plan.
