How do I view Reports of Client and Group memberships?

Here’s how to generate Reports of your Client and Group memberships, starting from the Account page on your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the “Account” tab on your Trainer Dashboard and choose “Business Dashboard” in the left side menu.

 

Step 2: Click the “Reports” link at the top of the page. 

 

Step 3: Update the date range as needed.

You can choose from the preset options, or click the calendar to set a custom time frame.

Step 4a: For a Client report, choose “Client Report” in the dropdown, then filter by staff (optional) and click “Generate New Report”.

Step 4b: For a Group report, choose “Group Report” in the dropdown, then select the specific group and click “Generate New Report”.
