Using your Fitness Assessment Software, you can require that clients complete an assessment prior to accessing the platform.

Here’s how to set up an assessment to be required before clients can access the platform, starting from your “Account” tab. Step-by-step instructions are below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the ā€œAccountā€ tab on your Dashboard.

Step 2: Go to the “Customize Platformā€ tab

Step 3:Ā Scroll down to the bottom to select the required assessment

Make sure you do not have a waiver or custom profile fields required selected (see below).

You can require just a Waiver, just select Profile Fields, or both Waiver and Profile Fields ā€” but those options should not be paired with a required assessment.

Now that you can set up a required assessment before clients can access your platform, you can ensure that you have everything you need to know about your clients.
