Here’s how to set up required fields for checkout, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left side bar.
Step 2: On the “Platform Settings” tab, scroll down to the “Public Page” section and enable the “Use new checkout for all join/purchase links?” option.
Step 3: Scroll further down on the “Platform Settings” tab to the “Custom Content” section.
Select fields from the “Enter Profile Fields that are required for anyone to access their content” drop-down list and enable the “Require fields BEFORE checking out?” option. These fields will then be required by users before completing checkout.
Scroll down and save the settings.
