With the Exercise.com workout plan tools, you can restart a workout plan at any time by stopping it and then starting it again from the beginning. Follow the steps below for both the website and the mobile apps.
Select your device to jump to the instructions:
Click “My Stuff” to access your personal workout content and settings.
Click “My Workout Plans” to see the plans you are currently following.
Click “Stop Plan” on the workout plan you want to restart.
Click “Confirm” to stop the plan.
Scroll to “My Available Workout Plans,” locate the plan, and click to start it again from the beginning.

Tap your profile image to open your My Profile page.
Tap the workout plan shown under “Followed Plans.”
Tap the active workout plan you want to restart.
Tap “Stop” to end your current plan.
Tap “Yes” when the confirmation message appears.
Tap “Start” to begin setting up the plan again from the beginning.
Select the days of the week you want the plan to follow.

Tap “Start Plan” to restart the plan with your updated schedule.
You have now stopped your current plan and restarted it from the beginning on both the website and the mobile apps. This allows you to repeat the program from day one whenever you need a fresh start.
