How to Run an Assessment Report

Within our Fitness Assessment Software, you’re able to run an assessment report.
To use this feature, start from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Reports” tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the “Clients” tab.
Step 3: Select “Assessments Report” from the reports list.
Step 4: Select the time frame and applicable filters.
You can filter by specific assessment, by group (users in that group), location (users in that location), trainer (users assigned to that trainer), or specific client. There is also the option to filter by lead assessments.
Step 5: Click on the “Generate New Report” or “Refresh Report” button.
Step 6: View report results.
The report includes Assessment ID, Assessment, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Converted Lead (a lead assessment user that was added as a client), Gross Revenue (all revenue generated by this user), and a link to view the assessment.
Now, you can run assessment reports!
