Here’s how to save workouts from a calendar as a week-based plan, starting from the “Clients” or “Groups” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Navigate to the Accounts section.
Locate and click on the designated button.
Access the calendar feature.
Select the desired workout.
Feel free to choose as many workouts as you’d like.
Find and click on the indicated button.
Initiate the creation of a new plan.
Decide whether to cancel or proceed with the plan.
