Here’s how to view how long a member is retained, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Business Dashboard” tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the “Reports” link.
Step 3: Customize the options for your report.
Step 4: Click on the “Generate Report” button.
A new tab will open on your browser and you will be notified when the report is finished generating.
Now you can view how long a member is retained!
