How to Create an Automation to Send a Message for an Expired Package

To create an automation to send a message for an expired package within your fitness business management software platform, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

1. Click “Automations”

Navigate to the Automations tab.

Click 'Automations'

2. Select “Create New Automation”

From the “Create New Automation” drop down, select “Send a Message: One Time” from the list.

3. Click on Edit

Click on the edit icon.

4. Select Trigger

Choose “an expired package” from the list of triggers.

5. Select Time Frame and Duration

Select the time frame and enter a number for the duration.

6. Select a Package

You can select any package or a specific package. For a specific package the trigger will only apply to the selected package. For “Any Package” it will apply to all packages.
