Send a Message/Notify Automation

Within ourĀ Gym Management Software, you have the ability to send a message/notify automation.
Starting from the āAccountā tab of your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Customize Platform” tab on the left side bar.
Step 2: Click on the “Client Automation” tab.
Step 3: Select “Send a Message/Notify” from the Filter Automations drop-down list.
Step 4: Click on the “+ Send a Message/Notify” button.
Step 5: Click on the edit icons to customize.
Step 6: Select the action that will trigger the send a message automation.
Step 7: Customize the settings.
For purchase automations, select any or specific items.
For “booked a visit,” “checked in,” and “closed a visit,” select any service or a specific service.
For “completed workouts,” enter the number of workouts.
For “completed workout plan,” select the plan.
For “completed assessment,” select any or select specific assessment.
Step 8: Select who will receive the message or notification.
Step 9: Select “Send to Client” or select a staff member from the drop-down list.
Step 10: Select how the message or notification will be received.
Step 11: Customize the message.
Click on the “Save” button.
Now, you can set up a send a message/notify automation!
