How do I set a minimum number of signups for a group class?

Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to set a minimum number of signups for a group class.

Starting from the “Schedule” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Select “Manage Services” from the drop-down list.

Step 2: Create or edit a service.

Step 3: Check the “Client Signups Allowed” box.

Step 4: Enter the minimum number of signups required for the group class.

Note: This does not auto-cancel events if the minimum number is not met. You are responsible for handling double booking.

Now. you can set a minimum number of signups for a group class!
