How to Set Package Expiration Based on Purchase Date

To set package expiration based on purchase date within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.

This guide will walk you through setting the package expiration based on the purchase date.

1. Schedule

Access the schedule tab.

2. View Schedule

Select “Manage Packages” from the dropdown.

3. New Package

Create a new package.

4. Customize Package Settings

Name the package and customize the services, visits and other available settings.

5. Set Price

Scroll down to “Payment Settings” and set the price of the package.

6. Set Expiration

Go to the Advanced Settings and enter Zero for the “Expire in how many days” field. When set to zero the package will expire at the end of the same day that it is activated.

7. Save Package

Make the package accessible to the public and save the newly created package.
