How to I set up SMS alerts for completed assessments?

Here’s how to receive Text Message (SMS) alerts when someone completes an assessment, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the “Assessments” tab on the left sidebar.

Step 2: Edit or create an assessment.

Step 3: Click on the “Rules” tab.

Step 4: Click on the “+ Add Rule” link.

Step 5: Select “Send Text Message” from the “New Rule Result” drop-down list.

Enter your phone number and the message that you want to receive:

Now when someone completes your assessment, a text message (SMS) will be sent if it matches your rule settings!
