How do I follow a purchased or subscribed workout plan on the Exercise.com App?

Here’s how to follow a workout plan in the app!


Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Tap the top left corner menu icon to open the Drawer.

From your Dashboard, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. 

2. Select “Plans” from the menu.

Then select “Plans” from the “Navigation” menu.


3. Choose the plan you want to start.

Choose a plan under “My Workout Plans” that best suits your schedule and goals.


4. Tap the “Start” button.

After you have chosen a plan, tap “Start” in the upper right corner of the page.


5. Set up your workout schedule.

From here, you will be asked to schedule your workout.

Certain days of the week will be suggested, but you can adjust the days as needed. H

owever, when scheduling the plan, try to follow the number of workout days recommended for the workout plan.

6. Tap “Done” to confirm.

When you have finished scheduling the workout plan, tap “Done.”

The new workout plan will appear scheduled in the calendar on your Dashboard.

When you’re ready to log the workout, simply select it from the scheduled day on your Dashboard and fill in the details as usual. Click here to learn how to log a workout.
