With the Exercise.com workout logging tools, you can easily follow any purchased or subscribed workout plan right from your app. This guide will show you how to start and schedule your new plan step by step.
From your Dashboard, tap the Programs tab.
Select the plan you want to start.
Tap the Start Plan button to begin.
You can tap Start Today or choose a different start date.
Select Follow Recommended Schedule or Customize Your Schedule to set your workout days.
Enable the “Email Workout Reminders” option if you want to receive reminders for your scheduled workouts, then tap Continue.
Review your plan details, then tap Start to begin following your plan.
Now you’re all set! Following a structured plan in the app helps you stay consistent and on track toward your fitness goals.
