How to Track Visits When Clients Unlock a Kisi Door
Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to track visits when clients unlock a Kisi door.
This guide covers the process of tracking visits when clients unlock Kisi doors.
1. Customize Platform

3. Open Gym Setting
If “Open Gym” is not enabled an error will be shown on the check-in page when a client unlocks a Kisi door.
If “Open Gym” is enabled, unlocking a Kisi door will check the client in for an open gym visit.

5. Schedule
Navigate to the “Schedule” section and click on the “Packages” tab.
6. Edit Package
7. Enable Kisi Door Access
8. Manage Kisi Access
9. Check the Manage Kisi Access
10. Check-in Page
After a client unlocks a door, go to the check-in page and validate.

If there is a visit for today that’s not closed out yet, it checks in that visit

If open gym check-in is enabled, it checks them into open gym

If open gym check-in is not enabled an error is shown
