How to Track Visits When Clients Unlock a Kisi Door

Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to track visits when clients unlock a Kisi door.
In this guide, you will learn how to efficiently track visits when clients unlock a Kisi door
1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Customize Platform
Access the “Customize Platform” tab from the expanded menu.
3. Scheduling Settings
Go to the “Scheduling Settings” tab.
4. Open Gym
Enable the “Open Gym” option.
5. Save
Scroll down and save.
6. Schedule
Navigate to the “Schedule” section.
7. Packages
Access the “Package” tab.
8. Edit Package
Click on the edit icon next to the package you want to edit.
9. Enable Kisi Door Access
Enable Kisi door access for the package.
10. Save Package
Save the changes.
11. Clients
Go to the “Clients” tab.
12. Select Client
Select a specific client.
13. Client Packages
Access the client’s packages.
14. Kisi Manage Access
Scroll down and click on “Manage Access” under Manage Kisi Access.
15. Manage Door Access
Manage the Kisi door access for the client.
16. Check-in Page
After a client unlocks a door, go to the check-in page and validate. If there is a visit for today that’s not closed out yet, it checks in that visit; if open gym check-in is enabled, it checks them into open gym; and If open gym check-in is not enabled an error is shown.
17. Reports
Go to the “Reports” tab under the “Account” section.
18. Attendance Reports
Select “Attendance” reports.
19. Failed Barcodes Report
Check the failed barcodes report.
20. Check Report
Set the filters and click refresh report. When a Kisi door is unlocked the report will display Kisi in the “URL of Request” column.
