Set Schedule to Unavailable

To set an unavailable schedule to all staff schedules on either a single location or all locations in your gym management software platform, start from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Select “Manage Availability Schedules” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click on the “+ New Schedule” button.

Step 3: Customize the schedule settings.

  • Make sure to select “Unavailable” from the drop-down
  • Add the start and end date
  • Customize the days and set the start and end time for your unavailability schedule
  • Select the frequency of the unavailability schedule i.e. repeat every week
  • Keep the “All Staff – Location Closed” option
  • From the Location drop-down list you can select a specific location to make unavailable or to make all locations unavailable select “Any Location”
  • Save the schedule

Now all sessions for the time specified will be hidden on the public booking page!
