Web Platform and App Branding Basics
In order to provide you with aĀ fully-branded portal and fully-branded apps for your fitness business, our team will need the following items sent to the Success Technical Team:
Item #1: Domain you’d like to brand from
Two CNAMES will need to be added under the domain’s DNS host to create your fully branded portal link
Item #2: Vector file logos
If you don’t know where to start, typically the logo designer should have the logos in a vector file format (vector file logos are typically .ai or .psd files. They work best on the apps and portal and are not blurry).
Preferably, the app icon is square and the web portal logo is a rectangle, but we can work with whatever shape you send over.
Test Screenshots
Once your domain and vector file logos are confirmed, we will send over test app screenshots for you to confirm before we submit your apps to Apple and Google. Note: your Apple Developer Account also needs to be created and completed before your app can be submitted.
