Which exercise type should I use when I create a new exercise?

To create a custom exercise within our Workout Software, you must include the type of exercise that you are creating. For example, if you are creating a bench press exercise, then the type of exercise would be a weight exercise.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Click on the drop-down list under “Exercise Type.”
When creating your custom exercise, click on the drop-down list under the heading “Exercise Type.” In the drop-down list, you will see the following exercise types:
- Plyometrics
- Free Weights
- Fitness Ball
- Medicine Ball
- Cardiovascular
- Resistance Band
- Calisthenics
- Exercise Machine
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Martial Arts
- Total Body
- Stretching
- Alternative
- Sports
- Warm-Up
Step 2: Consider the exercise that you are creating, and then choose the appropriate exercise type from the list.
Now, you can choose the exercise type when creating a new exercise!
