*Mountain Climbers: perform for 1 minute and record the number you did.
*20 minutes of intervals on the elliptical*
Set your incline to the highest (20) and keep this constant. Start with a low resistance (6-9) for 1 min. On the 2nd min go with a high resistance (15-20), keep alternating until you reach 20 min! Go Fast!!
