This workout is meant to be done 2-3 times a week. It can be done almost anywhere and only requires a pair of dumbbells and a medicine ball.

Awesome plan!!! It's very simple snd effective to do, in or out of a gym. I can see results after 1 week. The reason I gave four stars and not five is with all the lunges it can be very hard on your knees. Otherwise...Love it!
I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. My butt is still round/plump (the way I want it) and I'm losing inches from my mid-section. Everything went according to plan ;-)
