I've generally been in decent shape and kept up with ab workouts for a longtime, but I never quite got a six pack, and my lower abs especially lacked definition. This is why the Lower Abs Workout Plan caught my eye. I started this about a month ago and have kept up with it 3 times a week. I am really excited to see that my hard work is paying off!
Each exercise really works the lower abs, and I feel like my core is significantly stronger that it was before. I am going to switch to something else soon, but will definitely come back to this plan again!
I 100% recommend this if your lower abs are a bit lacking.
